We publish investigations and research focused on the structural analysis of power, surveillance, and public infrastructure.
What We Do
We investigate the systems that shape public life but operate beyond public scrutiny: surveillance technologies, AI companionship harms, authoritarian manipulation tactics, financial networks, and the tools that can make these structures visible.
Our work encompasses three main pillars:

Who We Are
Cloud Publica is an independent project of Gifted Dreamers, Inc., a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization based in Austin, Texas (EIN 39-3863796).
Gifted Dreamers builds community-powered tools for resilience, transparency, and civic participation. Our sister project, justNICE.us, provides Know Your Rights resources and immigrant community support infrastructure.
